SOLV collaborates with JobsFirstNYC, a New York–based nonprofit focused on dismantling barriers to economic opportunity for young adults and their communities.

The partnership began with a structured stakeholder engagement in Council District 8 in the Bronx (2024). There, SOLV supported the alignment of community organizations, educators, employers, public agencies, and young adults around shared priorities for a local Employment Network. Through focus groups, town halls, and structured synthesis, dispersed perspectives were translated into a coherent foundation for coordinated action.

This initial engagement confirmed a central insight: when shared intelligence, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined implementation pathways are brought together, complex systems move faster.

Building on that experience, the collaboration has evolved into a broader exploration of how digital infrastructure can reinforce JobsFirstNYC’s proven, community-driven approach. The objective is not to standardize communities, but to strengthen the architecture that allows evidence, insight, and coordination to travel across contexts without losing local specificity.

Together, SOLV and JobsFirstNYC are examining how a structured intelligence layer can support faster alignment, clearer decision-making, and scalable impact in the pursuit of economic mobility.

“If we are serious about expanding opportunity, we must combine deep field knowledge with aligned action across sectors. Real progress comes from strengthening systems, not just isolated programs.”
