SOLV is the dedicated technology partner of JobsFirstNYC, a New York-based nonprofit that has spent 20 years successfull building intermediaries that connect young adults and their communities to economic opportunities. After three years of close collaboration, that relationship has grown into a formal partnership: JobsFirstNYC's proven model, built to scale nationwide with SOLV's platform.

Within the partnership, SOLV builds a digital twin of each community JobsFirst enters: who the stakeholders are, what they value, and what initiatives are already running locally. From there, SOLV identifies which existing efforts and partners can be strategically combined into strong local coalitions, giving every new site a running head start. Additionally, a shared library of proven actions, drawn from expert-level research and from JobsFirst's own field experience, is matched to each community's specific needs, alongside structured process support that keeps every site working from the same playbook.
Every community feeds learnings back into the shared base, so each new site JobsFirst launches starts from a stronger position than the last. The objective is not to standardize communities, but to strengthen the architecture that lets evidence, insight, and coordination travel across contexts without losing local specificity.

The collaboration began in 2024 with a structured stakeholder engagement in Council District 8 in the Bronx, where SOLV supported the alignment of community organizations, educators, employers, public agencies, and young adults around shared priorities for a local Employment Network. That early engagement confirmed the insight now driving the national partnership: when shared intelligence, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined implementation come together, complex systems move faster.
The partnership is now scaling nationwide.
