To secure approval, every relevant concern must be correctly identified, interpreted and addressed. As volumes of input grow, this becomes increasingly difficult to manage with manual methods.
SOLV developed an objection module that supports Antea throughout this process. Using structured document analysis, objectors are automatically identified and their submissions are classified by theme. These themes are then linked to concrete responses, such as design adjustments, mitigation measures or targeted communication actions.
By tracking objections across successive permit phases, the module provides continuous insight into which concerns have been resolved, which themes recur and where residual risks remain. This enables smoother coordination between design teams, legal advisors and communication specialists, and increases the likelihood of delivering an integrated and approvable final dossier.
